Reflections on Fractions Over All, the class as a whole improved, but a few girls actually missed more on the

postest than the pre-test. This raises a red flag for me, because this is something I have done wrong in my teaching strategy. If I teach this lesson, I will provide more practice for the students, and give them extra help. I will extend the lesson over a period or just do different strategies. Especially with the girls, I will try to incorporate make up and jewlry. I have to evaluate my lesson and see where I have gone wrong.There were strengths and weaknesses to the lesson. They learned a lot from the lesson and it was fun for them. I was able to engage the class in an entertaining way. It also made the lesson relevant for the students. The weaknesses were as stated in the data that the girls did not do as good as I hoped, and I will altar my lesson to meet the needs of the students in every category. Technology The use of technology not only helped the students learn a lesson on fractions, but also helped me to see what kind of examples I can use in my own instructional lessons. Both the students and I have learned from this lesson due to the involvement of technology.
