Uniformity of Coating: Each size samples Tested for four dips of one minute each duration in CuSO4 sol having gravity 1.186 At room temperature 18C and found O.K. Adhesion Test Prying by stout knife on samples & found O.K. Coating Thickness: Tested with Elko meter and found coating thickness between 60-88 micron against requirement of Average 53 micron min. so found O.K. Weight of Coating: Each size samples Tested by weightment method and found weight of coating between 475-618 g/m2 as against requirement of 381 g/m2 min. so found O.K. WE CERTIFY THAT ABOVE MENTIONED FASTENERS ARE MANUFACTURED, SAMPLED, For Precision Auto Engineers
TESTED AND INSPECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATION & CUSTOMERS PURCHASE ORDER AND THE RESULTS HAVE BEEN DETERMINED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SAME.
