Notes: a) Commission will be paid on BSP on receipt of 35% payment, 30% payment respectively as BSP is mention floor wise on 2nd page

b) Commission will not be paid on all other charges including PLC, Car Parking etc and subsequent Escalation in value of Apartment, if any. c) Service Tax on special scheme/incentive to be borne by channel partner only d) At the time of MOU Multipliers Realcon Pvt Ltd & Tap Invest will give minimum 10 bookings with 35% payment Minimum commitment is 60 bookings for maximum slab i.e 7%+200 f) The Sales Promotion Charges and Special Additional Incentives are subject to TDS and other government levies

g) This Commission slab i.e 7%+200/- is only for Possession Linked Payment Plan-35% BSP rates (on different payment plans) will be applicable as per company's policy and are subject to change in futur h) The Payment Plans will be applicable as per company's policy which is attached with MOU i) There is a sharing of 50:50 (50%-company Side & 50%- Dealer Side) in Classified Ad and there is no sharing in Corporate Ad. j) There will be a 2 half page Ad for Multiplier and Axiom
