GENERAL TIPS FOR AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT

MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE

INSPECCIN PRELIMINAR

CONSEJOS GENERALES PARA UNA MEDICIN EXACTA

Se debern seguir cuidadosamente las instrucciones enumeradas a continuacin durante el anlisis para garantizar la mayor exactitud.
El color o la materia suspendida en grandes cantidades puede

causar interferencia, por lo tanto debern ser eliminados mediante tratamiento con carbn activado y filtrado previo.
Para un correcto llenado de la cubeta: el lquido en la cubeta forma

una concavidad en la parte superior; la parte inferior de esta concavidad debe estar el mismo nivel que la marca de 10 ml.
Uso correcto del dosificador:

(a) Para conseguir buenos resultados repetibles, de unos ligeros

toques con la botella dosificadora sobre la mesa y limpie la parte exterior de la botella dosificadora con un pao.
(b)Mantenga siempre la botella dosificadora en posicin vertical

mientras dosifica el reactivo.

Es

importante que la muestra no contenga detritos. Esto corrompera las lecturas. exactos, se recomienda cerrar la cubeta en primer lugar con el tapn de plstico HPDE y a continuacin con la tapa negra.

Cuando suena un breve pitido y el display muestra guiones, el medidor esta preparado. El ZERO parpadeante indica que primero se ha de poner a cero el instrumento. Llene la cubeta con 10 ml de muestra sin tratar, hasta la marca, y ponga la tapa. Coloque la cubeta en la celula de medicin y asegurese de que la muesca de la tapa coincida perfectamente con la ranura. Pulse ZERO/CFM y los iconos de lmpara, cubeta y detector aparecern en el display, dependiendo de la fase de medicin. Al final de la medicin, el instrumento muestra directamente en el LCD la concentracin en mg/l de cloro total.
