It is said if you can read this, thank a teacher. Some people tend to like newspapers, magazines, other incline to read novels or comics. Nevertheless, I prefer to occupy my spare time by reading poems, putting an emphasis on the poems from 19 th century. The main reasons why I am so addicted to poems is that they helped me to develop my emotions more deeply and transpose myself into a world of lyrics. First of all, I hold the view that poems taught me how to care about every single living being on Earth. This aspect refers particularly to pastel, a descripting lyric creation which expresses authors feeling with the aid of a picture, usually rigorously described. For instance, I remember that last summer I read a lot from Eminescus work for school assignments, although I had quite a big hold on it. Not only that I remained astonished by the lyrics and that easy going atmosphere that the poems created, but I started to reflect on my personality. Hence, poems started to make me see same things with different eyes. Secondly, I study computer science, so I read a lot of informational books and science articles because I need to. What I mean by that is that reading poetry has become an enjoyable way in which I spend time resting after I have been doing tasks. Moreover, poems relax me by transposing my inner person into a fictional world. As soon as I start lecturing few lines, I instantly identify the lyrics I read with a person, an act or a thing I know or I am aware of. Thus, poetry is something else, different and, to my mind, one of the best possible to relax. All in all, from my perspective, occupying my time in reading poetry is the most worthwhile type of reading. Firstly, my emotions, in terms of development, will find an ascension way to better. Secondly, I get the chance to take a rest from everyday activities and to succumb my worries. And, last but not the least, the best part is that there are so many written poems worldwide that I have a life to overcome them.
