OSCWI Meeting Agenda September 19th, 2013 12:00pm at the Officers Club of NAS Whidbey Island Standing Items

-Welcome -Introduction of Jane Lopez-Santillana from the Oak Harbor branch of the Sno-Isla Libraries Mrs. Lopez- Santillana spoke of the various upcoming events of the Sno-Isle Libraries. New Business -Account Balance Erin P. relayed current balance: $3797.30 -OClub Decorating -Monday December 2nd 9-11am and 3-5pm Christmas tree decorating needs to be completed on Monday Dec. 2nd prior to the first O-club Christmas party. Every tree will be labeled and a layout of tree placement will be provided prior to set-up. Old Business -Halloween Party, at the OClub on Friday October 25th from 5-8pm -costume parade at 6pm -October 1st is the deadline for commands to commit to a table -set up will be on Friday October 25th starting at 9am -OSCWI will be collecting canned goods to take the Help House

5-8pm, the Oclub to provide a bouncy house (weather permitting), a DJ and food for sale. Costume contest begins at 6pm. Set up will start at 9am at the Oclub. Canned goods to be collected for Help House.
-Boutique, at the Elks Lodge on Saturday November 9th from 9am-2pm -set up for vendors will be 8am on Saturday morning Currently there are 11 vendors and 2 commands registered. -clean up will be from 2-3pm on Saturday afternoon -October 12th is the deadline for commands to commit to a space OSCWI will also be having a door raffle. Miscellaneous Business -Time and Talent, possible move to April 12th Time and Talent moved to April 12th. Command with the most OSCWI members by a TBA date in November will have the 1st pick at the theme. -Next meeting, October 20th at 7pm at Maylor Point Community Center
