FRIED EGGPLANT INGREDIENTS

5 pcs. eggplants, halved and cut in 3 inches lengths salt pepper 3 tablespoons of cooking oil

DIRECTION

1 Season the eggplant with salt and pepper. 2 Heat up the pan on medium and put the remaining oil on the pan 3 Fry eggplant until golden brown. 4 Flip to cook other side. 3 Serve with dip.
