Vegetable Omelet Ingredients

4 large eggs, beaten 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper cup spring red onion 1 medium sized onion, chopped 2 tablespoons butter Salt to taste

Cooking Procedure 1. Melt butter in a pan 2. Saut the bell peppers and red onion for 1 minute. 3. Add salt and spring onion and then stir. 4. Pour-in the eggs and then cook in low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
