com Dear Sir / Madam, This is true information and would like to know the details of this company whether this is fraud company because waiting for very long time like more than 6 years after I invested so much individual money in this scrip only. I am an individual investor and based on website investor information, the VYBRA AUTOMET BSE listed company has advertised that company is doing good and will be acquired by tata automotive components etc in the year 2005. Based on the fact, I had invested all my savings and hard earned money into this company bought at price Rs 80/ share. After that they company share price came down and three years ago it went down to Rs 4/ and came back to Rs39/- after that i.e 2 years ago but never tocuhed Rs 50 after my investment even when tha market was good. Now the share price again came down to Rs 3.97 few days ago but wantedly the company management people are playing and its not performing well even for the last 6-7 years after I had invested. If I would have invested 43000 shares @ 80 = Rs 35 Lacs worth somewhere in gold or real estate, I would have got good money. More over I had lost interest for this much amount invested and did not get my original principal money itself till now. Somehow I was in job for these days managed family but for last 2 years I am not in job and my survival itself is very very bad situation. I am praying but nothing happened to my investment amount atleast I need my investment money without interest. But dont know what these people are doing and till now the share price is not moving more than Rs 6 now. I dont know what to do and how to give complaint about this management but I need my money for survival. I have 2 daughters and family and not in job for last 2 years. I am requesting you very badly and look into this matter and kindly help me to get my principal money Rs 40 Lacs so that I will come out of the stock. PLEASE HELP ME IN GETTING THE SOLUTION....
