Planning After 8 hours f nursing intervention, the patient will maintain activity level within capabilities, s evidenced by normal heart rate, blood pressure during activity, and absence of shortness of breath, weakness, and fatigue

**monitor patients sleep pattern and amount of sleep achieved over the past few days. Difficulties sleeping need to be addressed before activity progression can be achieved.
