How does it differ from an Internet Caf? You have probably experienced going to a Computer Lab or a Library or you may have seen an Internet Caf like the internet caf at Starbucks or McDonalds, etc. Use this experience to write an essay detailing your description about what a Computer Lab is and how it differs from an Internet Caf?
