Equality between the Sexes Rev 9-Jul-09

Equality between the sexes is another problem for modern

man. This is not scriptural. We could almost say that this is a
man's world but this would also be wrong. Both sexes have
their place in this world. We could argue about this forever but
we are expected to accept this with faith because God made it
like this. So shortly thereafter:

Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be
alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
1 Cor 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is
Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ
is God.

Blessed is that man who has found his Eve. But its tough for
that man who gets stuck with a modern female who has never
been taught the basics written in the bible and doesn't
understand this. Double trouble for the female also. For her,
it's swimming against the tide. God designed this world we live
in, and he gave us the instructions on how to live in it. As
surely as man, women included, have a basic dislike or even
hatred for snakes, or that the women has pains during child
birth; Gods sentences after the fall were:

Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee (the serpent) and the
woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head,
and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow
and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy
desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

These are part of our nature and we must learn to accept

them. To expect the male to trust his soul to a female, in the
majority of cases, it will not work. Women preachers; well, we
don't understand all the reasons why scripture says no, but
surely its not because the women is incapable. Maybe it is in
part due to the biological makeup of the female. Rather it may
be because of the weakness on the part of the man who when
he feels his soul being threatened, he will abandon the
teachings of the female and probably follow his own line of
reasoning. This will not work either. On the other hand, both
can trust in a male that God puts in charge. It is nature's way,
and God's.
