She is an M.Com, MBA, PhD, NET with an Industry Experience of 4 years and a Teaching Experience at the Post Graduate Management level for more than 16 years. She specializes in Marketing and Strategic Management She was Appointed as a nominee on The Board of Studies by The University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, is also a Member of Jaipur Stock Exchange Ltd and Editor and course writer for Vardhaman Mahaveer open university,Kota. She has presented papers in conferences at the National and International level. Her articles have also been published in various National and international Journals. She has also authored several books of general , as well as , managerial interests. Besides she is apt in using her Creative skills in her presentations and her workshops, just as she uses them in writing poetry and making paintings.
