As Reynolds number increases, the viscosity decreases and the axial velocity requires a longer distance to converge to 2 m/s. Lesser viscosity leads to lesser resistance to flow, which means a more gradual change in velocity with respect to the axial position.
As Reynolds number increases, the viscosity and the skin friction coefficient decrease.
With a lower viscosity, the change in velocity with respect to radial direction also decreases. Hence the shear stress on the wall is lower. This also means that the skin friction coefficient also decreases, since the density and velocity remain constant.
