Actor Contract

This contract gives permission for ____________________________________ to be a member of the crew of the film ___________________________ and agree to the following terms: 1. I agree that it is my responsibility to find out when and where shooting starts 2. I agree to be in attendance of all rehearsals and scheduled filming times 3. I will turn up on time to shoots and will be professional at all times 4. I will do what is instructed by the director and any other crew members 5. I will respect all other actors/crew members on set at all times and will follow directions when instructed 6.
