used to working the pole, you'll be
confidently swinging away.
BUT I'M SOOOO FAT!
Women of all ages and

advisable to get the consent
of your family doctor since the
sessions’ level of difficulty will
increase for every phase. Still,
your muscles will gradually
strengthen, and pretty soon,
you'll be accomplishing moves
you never thought you could.

WHAT DO I WEAR?
Your regular gym clothes
would do: sporty tops and
shorts. A good pair of high
heels (boots would be more
ideal) will give you that sexy
strut. You may stick with the
usual trainers if you want.
