STEP BY STEP TO DO PERSONAL ASSESSMENT!

1. Log in to myaiesec.net. Ive already activated all of MarComs member myaiesec.net account J If you still have problem with it directly contact me . 2. After log in you will directly go to home preview like this

3. Choose my experience > my development > my competencies

4. After that you will directly go to my competencies page, choose create new profile

5. Click on your new profile and click OK

6. You will go to page full with a lot of question (25 question). Fill it based on your condition right now. After that click submit

 7. To see the result click on your profile that youve already filled. You will see you self-assessment there. Please screen shoot your own personal and send it to me : Amelia.ingrid@aiesec.net before Saturday, 5 Oct 2013 at 11PM. Here is mine J

 8. You can also ask you friends to assess you. How? In you result page scroll down and you will see 360 contributor. Click invite AIESEC Member

9. Search your friend by fill the form below and invite them to assess you. So you can improve yourself in the next quarter! Fun huh?
