Members: Brian, Nic, Mason, and Peter Topic: Non-Financial Indicators of Corporate Performance Introduction: This paper and

presentation seeks to show how ethics, quality of workplace, corporate effects on environment, and a company's level of community outreach are non-financial indicators of a company's performance. We will use related companies to compare and contrast with. Additionally, each of our answers shall seek to answer these three questions: What do we do compared to other companies? Is what we're doing better than, equal to, or worse than similar companies? What does this mean? How good is good? Does it strengthen/weaken organization? How does it directly/indirectly affect performance?
