Subject: - Request for Inter Commissionerate Transfer of my son from Bangalore Zone to Delhi Zone on extreme compassionate ground. Reg. Reference:- Boards letter F.No.A 22015/23/2011-AD.IIIA dated 27.10.2011.

Respected Sir, Most respectfully, I would like to draw your kind attention to the following few lines for sympathetic consideration in accordance with the Boards letter F.No. A 22015/23/2011 ADIIIA dated. 27.10.2011. Sir, my son (Hanuman Prasad Meena) was appointed as an Inspector, Central Excise & Customs consequent to qualifying in Staff Selection Commissions Graduate Level Examination-2006, and posted to Mysore Central Excise Commissionerate. He had reported for duty on 23rd December, 2009 since then he has been working there. Presently, he is working at Mysore-III Division, Mysore Central Excise Commissionerate, Mysore. On being fulfillment of all the pre-conditions as laid down in the aforesaid Boards circular (as he has completed nearly three and half years of continuous service in the same cadre and qualified Departmental Examination held for confirmation in respect of direct recruit Inspectors), he had made a representation dated 26.12.2011 addressed to the Commissioner of Central Excise, Bangalore-I (Cadre Controlling Authority) for Inter Commissionerate Transfer to Delhi Zone on parents medical grounds. (Copy of his representation is enclosed herewith for ready reference).

Further, the Cadre Controlling Authority, Bangalore has granted him No Objection Certificate as well as vigilance clearance and forwarded his representation along with all relevant documents vide letter C.No.II/03/57/2012 Estt B dated 09.04.2013 to Delhi Zone for further consideration. Now, I humbly request the benign Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Delhi Zone, Delhi to kindly consider my sons request and pass favourable orders for his transfer. This act of kindness will enable him to discharge his official duties with his full capacity as well as his family responsibilities without mental agony and he may also attend our medical needs. I and my family will be ever grateful to you for this act of kindness. Thanking you in anticipation
