In this screen shot, I learnt how to open up Photoshop, and open a file (photo).

I figured out how to use the Quick Selection tool, to erase my model so I just had my background left. I also learnt how to change the brightness and contrast on my background.

In this screen shot, I learnt how to open up another file, and instead, this time I used the quick selection tool to erase the background. I erased the background as I wanted to enlarge the model, and place text behind my model but in front of my background.

In this screen shot, I learnt how to add text behind my model but in front of my text by adding more layers and using the text tool. I also added text onto my model. I learnt how to add shapes, as seen on my picture. I used the rectangle and Ellipse tool to create these, and changed the fill colour to white.

In this screen shot, I learnt how to then add text on to my shapes, and I changed the fonts and colour to stand out on the shapes. I added a link at the bottom of the front cover, which is my blog URL. I found out how to add a barcode, I did have some trouble doing this to start with but with some help I figured it out.
