ETHICS
The
principles of conduct governing an individual or a group. The standards you use to decide what your conduct should be. Ethical behavior depends on a persons frame of reference.
A fair treatment is that a person consider as member of the organisation . It include the self respect of the employee . Fairness must be visible not only in process but also in the outcome .

TRAINING
Training does not become a paid holiday Those who require training should be sent The training must be at proper place and time
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
The criteria of promotions are clearly defined . Employees are aware from these criteria . People involve in appraisal are properly trained The strengths and weakness , identified during the appraisal are addressed properly .
REWARD SYSTEM
Reward and punishment should be proper evaluated in terms of fairness . Regard might be best presented in the long term with promotion etc .
Much of the industrial work is having high speed , noisy machinery , high temperature . Accident , injuries and illness are likely occur in these circumstances .
DISCIPLINE
Dont rob your subordinate of his or her dignity Dont act while angry The penalty should be reasonably related to the misconduct and to the employees past work history
PRIVACY ISSUES
Privacy issues to protecting a persons private life . The employee believes that his or her religious , political , social as well as personal lifestyle and private matters should be safeguard .
