of Action Assignment Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is for you to begin to address the graduation requirements for your major and to address the entrance requirements for your chosen four-year institution. When do you plan to transfer to your chosen institution? Spring 2014 6. What are the entrance requirements for your chosen four-year institution? What are the application deadlines? If you plan to apply for scholarships, what are the scholarship application deadlines? Have you applied for financial aid? Ive already applied and been accepted. I have been looking at scholarships; a lot of them were submitted by UofI as soon as I was accepted. I have applied for financial aid and am only eligible for loans. 7. Does your chosen four-year institution require Praxis 1 (or other tests)? What scores are needed? What are the dates for Praxis 1 (or other tests)? Do these tests have to be completed before the application deadline? If so, how long does it take to process test scores? No 8. What do you hope to accomplish with your degree? With an Associate Degree I will be able to transfer to a university and obtain my Bachelor Degree. My Bachelor Degree will not be as expensive thanks to my Associate Degree at CSI.

9. What are your greatest challenges with your chosen profession? The competition through school will be the most challenging part in my profession.
