Activity Registration for Internal candidates opens on Registration for Internal candidates closes on Uploading of Abstract & Work plan in completing the SET project work Last Date 1st February 2013 (Friday) 15th February 2013 (Friday) 4th March 2013 (Monday) Milestone Aimed Paper topic, guide and list of authors (Student & faculty) to be finalized Paper topic, guide and list of authors (Student & faculty) to be finalized. Subsequently, no changes are permitted (except the topic). In this, the student may indicate when he/she is expected to complete the specific topic that forms the general composition of a paper and upload the same as Document: > Objectives > Literature review > Detailed problem definition > Solution Methodology > Details of experimentation, analysis, modeling, etc. > Results & discussion > Conclusions The student uploads the paper and the same will reach the faculty guide so that the guide can review the correctness of the content and may offer remarks on how to improve. Hence the student will get some more time to make corrections before the final submission of the paper. It will be in MS Office document format (.doc) and no changes are possible after this stage.

The paper will be reviewed by the Peer Review Committee and the acceptance/ rejection will be announced All papers will be of oral presentation. All accepted papers will receive a Certificate.
