-attendance -round table introductions -pair off with someone you feel you know the least well -share: one cool fact, one gesture

Why do we write everything down? -Transition reports -Allows everyone to stay up to date -holds us all accountable to our committment to the ESA

Strategic plans can also be more specific for each position At home: Create your own strategic plan for your own position/committee -you will have more time during next fridays meeting to work and discuss -present each others strategic plans to the group on Saturday

What is it? Changes to be addressed: 1) executive roles and titles At home: look at your positions description in the constitution and rewrite it to how you would want to see it

Next change that needs to be addressed: 2) Elections -recap of events -motion: that the ESA formally invite Dalyce to take vacancy left after Phaidras resignation -rationale: tie vote, next nominee w/ number of highest votes, attended orientations
