Director of Corporate Services

Village of Boyle is seeking an enthusiastic person who is highly motivated, well


organized and who will contribute in a team environment for the vacant position of
Corporate Services Director.

Reporting to the CAO, the Director of Corporate Services is part of our Senior
Management Team who is responsible for:
• Finance includes general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, utility billings,
accounts receivable, taxes and cash receipts.
• Day to day operations in a municipal finance/administration office
• Supervision of front office staff

The ideal candidate will:


• Have a strong technical background in accounting
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving and verbal/written
communication skills
• Proven financial management capabilities in a municipal government setting is
preferred.

Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position. Municipal accounting experience
would be an asset.
• Advanced computer knowledge and experience in MIG preferred.

Criminal Records Check required.

Hours of Work: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Salary: A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience with a full
benefit package at 100 % employer including LAPP.
