Road Police Station Legal Notice - To Take Action on Written Complaint of My Client Named Mr. Mohan Shah Dear Sir, Under the Instruction from my Client Mr. Mohan Shah, proprietor of Chanakya Impex, having office at Room No. 35, 1st floor, Lalbawa Compound, 142/F, Bhuleshwar Road, Mumbai 400 002. I have to remind you as under:1. That my Client says that he has been cheated his trust betrayed and has been robbed by 2. That my Client had handed over an elaborate Written Complaint dated 16th March, 2005, addressed to you, with respect to the abovesaid criminal acts of the abovenamed persons on to your Duty Officer or to the Dispatch Section of your police station on .. (Enclosing herewith the copy of the said Written Complaint (this bears the acknowledgement of your police station), for ready reference and necessary action). 3. That, although the said Written Complaint has been received by your office but till date i.e. .. months no action has been taken upon the said Complaint by your office. 4. That as my Client is unable to seek other legal remedy due to his poor economical conditions, he has approached your good self with great expectation that Guilty shall be punished and brought to the books.

In view of the aforesaid foregoing, on behalf of my Client, you are hereby called upon to look into the said Written Complaint of my Client and to take appropriate legal action against the abovesaid persons and bring guilty to books, within a period of 15 days, from the receipt of this Notice, failing to do so my Client will be constrained to approach the higher authorities for appropriate actions.
