E- LEARNING Nowadays the learning process has been modified for any teachers with the use of technology,

that`s why some researchers are agree with this point of view: The use of new multimedia technologies and the Internet to improve the quality of learning by facilitating access to resources and services as well as remote exchanges and collaboration (Mobbs, 2007) today`s learners can learn through the internet or the new technological tools, because those allow them interact with others learners at the same time in an easier way. Web 1.0 The web was suffered some changes with the time, there are many kinds of web, but in this ocation is going to focus in two of them, firstly some authors have argued about. Web 1.0 was mainly a read-only web. Web 1.0 was static and somewhat mono-directional web 1.0 refers to the use of technology without interaction among users; because in this case is used only to get information that is why this kind of information just can be read or download as the others users cannot make modification or comment about it, that is why the author considered the web 1.0 as static way. Web 2.0 Web 2.0 is focused on interaction among users with technological tools, here they can support their opinion or idea about any topic, as with web 2.0 the users not only can read any kind of information unless have an interaction with those tools. Something curious is happening on the World Wide Web. It is undergoing a slow transformation from an abstract, chaotic, information web into what I call a social hypertext (Erickson, 1996) The web is used in an interaction way there are some activities that students can make through the web for example they can create blogs, or different accounts that allow them make the participation of some activities that teachers give them.

There are some technological tools inside in the web 2.0 and they are: Games and virtual worlds. Blogs. Social networks. Wikis. BLENDED LEARNING It`s the way to combine some learning ways at the same time including some factors that have relevance in our learning. Blended Learning is a formal education program in which a student learns at least in part through the online delivery of content and instruction, with some element of student control over time (John Bailey, 2013) a formal way to learn online is when the teachers give to students some information through the media as the most elements are under student`s control, also teachers can revise their activities. There are some drivers of blended learning some of them are the following: Improve ability to personalize learning. Potential for individual progress. Improve student engagement and motivation.

The most of those activities are in an individual way, because almost students have their personal devices that`s why those activities helps to improve their personal learning. There are some kinds of blended learning, according to (Educationelemnts, 2011) they are the following: Traditional Learning Distance Learning Lab Rotation Class Rotation Pod Model

Flex Model Education 2.0

Some changes in digital learning and learners often lead to talk of the need to reform education; the use of technologies can help teachers and students at the same time; because through the use of the new technology both can make an interaction, collaboration in the learning process. Web 2.0 and socio-cultural theories of learning, which see active and authentic learning taking place best where knowledge can be constructed actively by learners who are supported in communal social settings (Anderson, 2007) the web 2.0 facilitate to teachers promote the interaction or collaborative learning among their learners, the students knowledge can be built in a social way and of this way they create an active environment too.

As a conclusion, the terms aforementioned included the management of the new technologies how a helping in the student`s learning in which they can develop some abilities that they can become a reflexive, participative students, of this way the use of those technologies improve and promote the collaborative learning.
