The surface squamous epithelium shows ulceration. The biopsy shows marked crush artifacts. Deeper parts shows lymphoid cells, some of which appear to be immature the features are suggestive of nonehodgkins lymphoma. Immunohistochemistry is recommended for confirmation of diagnosis.
