Floor drains open an operational. 42. Contractors working in compliance with facility O&M standards, EHS rules and PTW.

1. General housekeeping and cleanliness 3. Escape routes free of obstructions 4. Fire barriers intact. 5. Fire doors closed and not locked. 6. Non fire doors and gates closed and locked as required. 7. Ladders and gas bottles properly stored. 8. Scaffolds properly erected and tagged 9. Open trenches roped off and signed. 10. Operating equipment accessible and not hindered. (e.g. by scaffolding.) 11. Equipment labels installed and legible. 12. Safety tags and lock out materials in order. tag out

13. Pipes and values are free of leaks and seeps. 14. Walking surfaces are free of water, oil or other hazards. 15. Sumps: a. liquid levels normal b. pumps operational. c. Free of contamination (oil, organics.) 16. Normal system temperatures, flows, pressures, quality. 17. Investigation of unusual noises, smells, vibrations. 18. Oil and grease level normal 19. System line up. 20. Suction, discharge and minimum flow valves properly aligned. 21. Motor and pump housing temperatures normal. 22. Belts and couplings are tight and free of vibration.
