Shane Sparks was born on June 25, 1969. After he graduated high school Sparks moved to Las Angeles to peruse his dream of dance. He began working as a substitute Hip-Hop instructor, then later taking over the class. His classes grew bigger and soon became to be the biggest classes in L.A. He soon began working in popular venues, including the American music awards. He also choreographed for the movie You got served. He was also a judge for the 2004 world Hop -Hop championship. He has worked for an impressive amount of stars, including Lindsey Lohan, Aaliyah, Monica, and Benji Scimmer. In 2004 he won the American choreography award choreography he did in the movie You got served. He was also nominated to win an Emmy for outstanding choreography for season three in the show So you think you can dance in 2008.he is a famous HipHop choreographer for the TV show So you think you can dance in the 20052006 and 2007 seasons. He is also a permanent judge for the MTV show Americas best dance crew. He is famous for how much passion and how much of his heart he puts into each dance step. He is an icon and a revolutionary choreographer and is recognized across the world for talent determination and contribution in the world of dance. He has translated dances into the most

memorable dances in the decade earning him many fans. Due to his impressive body of work, he is part of an all star line-up of the countrys leading choreographers in the seven city National tour called pulse.
