Scones. 230g Self-raising flour 60g butter 30g caster sugar pinch of salt 1 egg raisins 150ml milk.

Heat oven to 220c grease baking tray. Mix flour, salt and butter. Stir in sugar then add milk to obtain a soft dough. Knead lightiy on a floured surface and roll out until 2 cm thick. Use 5cm cutter and place on the baking tray then brush lightly with egg. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
