long time it seems. There are so many different types of people who practice Judaism. Unlike some of the other older religions Judaism believed in a one a true God. The line starts with Abraham whom God chose to start the lineage of his chosen people. It seems from the beginning Israel had those who opposed them. For instance in Egypt they were under the Egyptians yet God made a way for them to leave. After leaving their captivity they went on the journey to the land that was promised. They eventually made it there but they had to go through some things beforehand. Originally there were 12 tribes that represent the Jewish people. However after all of the wars and captivity there seems to be only one tribe that can be traced. It seems through the years the Jewish people have been subjected to hate and oppression from others. In Spain it was expected of them to convert or move. These attitudes toward the people seem to fallow them wherever they went. They are Gods chosen to his blessings fallow his people. I think those around them couldnt see the greatness in the people so they choose to try to destroy them. However through it all Gods favor remains on his children. I just wish others would open their eyes to that.
