Questions regarding the application form: Should you have questions regarding this application form, please contact the organizers of the IOV Youth Asia Congress at iovyac2014@student.curtin.edu.my Checking your application package: The application form is duly completed in English The application form is in Word format (not PDF) The application form is saved with this format: FAMILY NAME_Surname_Country.doc A scan of the identification page of your passport (for this only, the PDF or JPEG format is preferred); Your resume/CV in English (maximum 3 pages) Submitting your application package: You need to send your application package by e-mail to at iovyac2014@student.curtin.edu.my with the email subject line in this format FAMILY NAME_Surname_Country. Please send only one email with all attachments. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed and considered. Application packages sent by fax, regular mail or express mail will not be accepted. Application deadline: Your complete application package must reach the organizers of the IOV Youth Asia Congress by 11:59 PM (GMT+8- Malaysian time) on October 31, 2013 at the very latest. Application packages received after this deadline will not be considered. Congress Fees This congress is non-profit, however a commitment fee of 100USD will be charged to successful applicant. The fees will be used to help organize the congress while any gain from it will be redirected back to IOV. Methods of payment will be sent to successful applicants. Feedback process: All applications will be reviewed by the organizers by the mid of November, 2013. Selected participant will be contacted and notified about the next steps in logistical arrangements. Please be fair: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the organizers by email as soon as possible, allowing alternate candidates to substitute.
