announced their new fat loss product lessfat, their primary competitor Bizzaro files a lawsuit against them. Bizzaro claims that they were the first to make the artificial fat product called Omphout, and intend to sue Twin Cities for using corporate clandestine activity to steal portions of the artificial fat's chemical formula. Clewell II Resigns? After being the CEO for Twin Cities for 15 years, Harvey Clewell II chose to step down. Temporarily assuming the role as CEO of Twin Cities will be Board President Baird Wallace. Clewell is apparently under investigation by the SEC for improperly advising some potential investors about profit expectations at Twin Cities. Calwell has been apart of the company since 1965. Since then he has shared his ideas and has won numerous industry awards for contributions to management and volunteerism helping their sales skyrocket to a devastating $824 million last year.
