RESUME
Le theme de ce devoir present est L acces a l information sur l environnement en
Europe et surtout dans l Union Europeenne.
Au debut on presente la politique environnementale en Europe. A la suite on examine le
role des organisations non gouvernementales et on analyse le rapport entre l education
environnementale et la participation active en matiere d environnement.
On continue en presentant la base juridique de l information sur l environnement qui
consiste a :
La directive communautaire 90/313 pour l acces libre a l information sur l
environnement qui vise a assurer la liberte d acces a l information en matiere d
environnement
La convention d Aarhus(1998) sur l acces a l information, la participation du
public au processus decisionel et l acces a la justice en matiere denvironnement, qui
n est pas encore en vigueur
Point strategic et resultat effectif de l acces a l information et la participation du
public au processus decisionnel est

la sensibilisation du public aux problemes

envirromentaux.
En conclusion, le sujet plus important pour l evolution du droit de l information sur l
environnement est la modification de la directive 90/313 et la ratificatiom de la
convention d Aarhus.
