com September 21th, 2013 To Whom It May Concern, My name is Jayme Charron and I am pleased to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am currently finishing my combined degree of Bachelor of Fine Art/ Bachelor of Education at the University of Lethbridge. I am 24 years old and only one year away from finishing my degrees. I have had many incredible experiences volunteering mentoring youth for several years as well as volunteered as a camp counselor. As a transfer student I have completed three practicums with Medicine Hat College in Kindergarten, Grades 1 and 5. I was also blessed with the amazing opportunity to travel to Ukraine and teach ESL from ages 16+. I learned so much in only four weeks and it truly solidified my passion for teaching. My passion is in the arts and in teaching. My medium is oil painting. Most of my free time is spend with a paintbrush or a pencil. I truly believe that creativity is an essential part of learning. When I am not found in the studio, I am can seen with my nose stuck in a book or rock climbing. I hope that my skills and interests will bring an interesting dynamic into the classroom.
