Assalamualaikum and good evening, Health is very important for every human life.

Being healthy isnt just about fitness. But It's all about physical, mental, and emotional well-being. To stay healthy, there is an easy for us to take it as our daily routine. We should move more rather than take a rest for a long period. We should make move more as a daily challenge to find ways to move our body. We are always given a choice to keep ourselves healthy. For example, at office we can make a choice whether to climb stairs or use elevators. If we are parents, we can chase our kids and take it as exercise. This way is not only a fitness tool, but it definitely can reduce stress. So, at one time, we are healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.
