SITUATION
Steinergroup recently made changes to the corporate team (following the recession of 2008) which resulted in a new strategy to guide the company. One of the tasks expected of management was to re-position the brand so it was more representative of the successes, and strengths, of Steinergroup in Southeastern Wisconsin. Knowing that Culminatus has a proven track record specifically in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Steinergroup reached out for help.

OUTCOME
Following multiple discovery meetings, Culminatus was chosen to re-brand the company in all facets a true commitment by both companies. Since the agreement, Culminatus has performed the following projects: Logo/Brand development I dentity system design and printing  Website development System-wide signage changes (Wayfinding, External, Internal, and other signs) Fleet vehicle branding Press release distribution

Steinergroup now looks to Culminatus to manage all marketing and communication projects. This relationship has been so successful that Culminatus is now working on projects in other companies owned by the Steiner family.
