1. Write the title of the chapter and section at the top of your page. Use proper heading procedure.

2. Read and copy down the Objectives (from first page of section) and leave space to answer them. Dont answer yet! __ /2 3. Skim the section and write down all bolded words. Write a definition in your own words for each one based on context clues. __ /4 4. Read the section in depth. Answer the objective questions as you read (1-4 sentences each). If you find any non-vocabulary words you dont already know, add them to your vocabulary list and __ /4 define them in your own words. 5. Sketch the most important figure in the section, then explain why it is important. (1-2 sentences)
