Planning process will need to be led by the State Government but APAM still play key roll.

4.1-Operational Data

International and domestic passenger numbers reached 29.9 million for the year 201213 International passengers accounts for More than 7 million. The airport handles a 24-hour service operation. It handles domestic passenger volumes of 8,185,872 annually and 3,265,581 for international passenger, totalling 11,451,453 every year.
4.1- Airports Terminal Facilities and runways

Melbourne Airports have 4-terminals (T1-Quentes domestic &Jet star, T2International, T3-vergine blue, T4- Tiger airways) and the terminals have 56 gates: 40 domestic and 16 international. There are five dedicated freighter parking positions on the Southern Freighter Apron. Melbourne Airport currently has two runways, north-south 16/34 and east-west 09/27.
