    ORDER GRANTING DISMISSAL

    This matter concerns the denial of a temporary labor certification to the above named
    employer and his subsequent request, on April 2, 1990, for de novo review before this office.

    On May 7, 1990 the employer filed a motion for dismissal of appeal. The employer stated
    that all issues giving rise to the appeal had been favorably resolved.

    Accordingly, the motion is hereby GRANTED and the request for de novo review is
    DISMISSED.
