The Declaration of Independence is the most important document of the American history. It was a document written in 1776 by Thomas Jefferson, stating and addressing the problems of the 13 colonies. It first refers to the Law of Nature and Natures God entitling people to any type of political independence. It also goes on to state that certain unalienable rights such as: the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; should not be violated by the government. The document also goes on to shine light on the numerous repeated injuries that King George the 3rd placed upon the colonies. The Declaration of Independence coming to an end covers and finishes the Americans case for separating from England in the hopes for a peaceful resolution, but with the clear understanding that war is almost inevitable. The Declaration also notes the that the Americans attempts had been made peacefully as to working things out, as many of the Americans still felt that England was their brother and had appealed to more prominent people among the British. Still to their utter disappointment their requests to the British remained ignored and unsuccessful. The conclusion of this most important document states that these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are absolved from all Allegiance

to the British Crown.? In the conclusion of the Declaration of Independence also contains the core of Lees Resolution that had been passed on July 2.
