Reflection:
My progress during this semester is: That I have improved in communicating at appropriate times in the sense of asking questions l could answer myself less often. Also I feel like I have really pushed myself in some of the fitness tests such as the cooper test.

My target (s) for the next semester are/is: That I spend more time outside of school improving my fitness and abilities for class as I should also take time to improve at home.
