Abstract

Belarus declared its independence from the USSR on July 27, 1990 and since
then began to separate her cuisine as a separate and independent. The history of
gastronomy in Belarus reveals very exotic cuisine. They usually have three main
meals daily. Potatoes, pork meat and vodka are carriers of the cuisine.
