Dear Orchestra Parents, We are excited to welcome you to the Kerrville ISD orchestra program for the 2013-2014

school year. Thank you for your commitment to ensuring that your child receives a quality musical education and for your continued support of music in public schools. New to our schools this year is Alexis von Biedenfeld, who formerly taught for YOSA Mas in San Antonio. She will be teaching at Tom Daniels Elementary, Nimitz Elementary, B.T. Wilson 6th grade campus and Hal Peterson Middle School. So that we can begin instruction promptly, please make sure that you gather the necessary supplies for orchestra class by the end of the first week of school. These supplies include: your instrument, a pencil, a one-inch binder, a bag to carry supplies (like a reusable grocery bag), and Essential Elements Volume One (Elementary School students only). If you are using a school instrument this year, we will be checking out instruments on the following days:

Monday, August 26 4-6 p.m. B.T. Wilson Orchestra Room

Tuesday, August 27 4-6 p.m. B.T. Wilson Orchestra Room

Wednesday, August 28 4-6 p.m. B.T. Wilson Orchestra Room

We will also answer any questions you may have about supplies during instrument pick up. We look forward to seeing you soon, Pat Lee, Kerrville ISD Head Orchestra Director contact information Alexis von Biedenfeld, Asst. Orch. Director contact information
