Enter the classroom and immediately unpack and warm up. We can use the bathroom or get water in the first five minutes or the last five minutes of class. 2. Review technique in the form of scales, technical exercises and etudes. 3. Practice our repertoire. 4. Perform and hear performances. 5. Review homework. 6. Pack up, clean your area, return class supplies and line up at the door. The teacher will dismiss you when the bell rings. ICEBREAKER #1 Introduce your partner- students will pair up and introduce their partner. Other students will listen and recall facts about classmates at the end of the activity. ICEBREAKER #2 Guess who?- Students write down three facts about themselves on an index card. Teacher collects cards, shuffles and reads one by one. Students try to guess which card belongs to each of their classmates.
