1 Problem

1.1 Competition: - with Perth Taxis but our service will be a cheaper alternative to taxis and you will not have to wait hours for our service unlike taxis. 1.2 People may try to get on the bus or bring their friends on the bus. Security will be on the bus to stop this.

2.1 Give out water and snacks on the bus, this will help people sober up. This will be included in the booking fee.
2.1.1 - Music will be chilled to relax patrons so and prevent them from becoming rowdy. Lighting in the bus will be low so people can still see and also be relaxed. - The bus will provide vomit bags and tissues etc, so if anybody is feeling sick they will not vomit everywhere on the bus.

2.2 The bus will pick up and drop of people in designated places. 2.3 Get sponsorship 2.4 Target Audience: - Young adults ages from 18 - 25. - Parents of their children.
2.4.1 Safety: - First Aid training in the security guards will be provided. - A well trained and experienced bus driver will be hired. - The bus will have seat belts to ensure the patrons will be safe. - No alcohol will be allowed on the bus.

3.1 Bookings: - Online - Must have proof of identification - Must provide personal contacts (incase something happens) - Will have to accept the terms and conditions in order to make a booking. - You must be 18. - It will cost $20 per person.

3.2 Terms and Conditions upon entry: - Provide proof of identification - You must be 18. - If you are aggressive or have unacceptable behaviour you will not be allowed entry. - You are not allowed on the bus without a booking.

4.1 Goal: - To get as many bookings as we can and increase sales to have a successful business. - To receive sponsorship
