These are the following conditions of Neechabhanga: 1.

The planet Neecha in Rashi gets exalted in Navamsa (100% Neechabhanga) 2. The lord of the sign where the debilitated planet gets exalted is in Kendra from Lagna or Moon (25% neechabhanga) If it is from Lagna then the neechabhanga will come through the family member indicated by the planet in Kendra to Lagna & if from Moon, then Mantra chant will be required to get the Neechabhanga happen. 3. The planet which gets exalted in the sign where the planet is debilitated is in Kendra to Lagna or Moon. (25% Neechabhanga). 4. Lord of the debilitated sign should be in Kendra from lagna or moon. (25% Neechabhanga). Thus 75% neechabhanga is only possible if all three conditions get fulfilled except debilitated planet getting exalted in Navamsa. Just by fulfillment of one condition doesn't mean that the planet has got complete neechabhanga.
