Alumni Affairs Council - 2014

Dear All, "Student for an year, Alum for life" We at ALC look forward to continue the legacy of ISB through the process of engaging with alumni. ALC plays a crucial role in maintaining the connection between the students and the Alumni. I look forward to building a dedicated team to handle the Alumni Affairs & Relations at ISB. For those of you who are interested to fill the positions outlined below, please send me your EOI (max 300 words), showing your interest to work with ALC. Please note that, in the interest of time pressure at ISB, as per ALC & GSB Core guidelines you cannot hold any other position as a lead or volunteer in another club/council if you are part of ALC. Following are the positions that are open to the Alumni Affairs Council: 1. Communications Coordinator Role: Be the face of communication between the Alumni Affairs Department, Alumni, Mohalis ALC and the Student Body. 2. Clubs Coordinator Role: Work closely with the clubs to meet the needs of the clubs with respect to Alumni network. 3. Events Coordinator Role: Organize term break gyaan sessions with the Alumni. Initiate more informal events for qualitative interactions between the students and the Alumni. 4. Alumni Affairs Coordinator Role: Work closely with the Alumni Relations Department and Solstice Lead to ensure the best possible giveback to the Alumni. 5. Mentorship Coordinator Role: Ensure that the Mentorship program runs effectively and smoothly. Please note that these are only the broad roles and responsibilities and it is important to work together as a team.
