Claim Digger
Claim Digger is a utility that compares two projects a revised project and a base project and creates a report on the differences between the projects schedules, including: Items added Items deleted Changed values

Key Claim Digger functionality: Report is created in HTML, CSV, or text format. HTML format suggested. Select the baseline and revised projects to be used for comparison. Comparison options can be turned on/off based on your needs.

Launching Claim Digger:

Steps:
1. In the Tools menu, click Claim Digger to launch the utility.

2. At Primavera Schedule Comparison window, click the box under Select original project or baseline.

3. Click the Advanced button and select the Advanced Project Comparison Options. Click OK.

At Send Report To, select HTML File or CSV File. Never select ASCII Text File. Enter the path of the output file by clicking the Ellipsis box . Select View file when done by clicking the box. Click the Compare button.

Note: When HTML file is chosen, the output can be edited and saved in Word and Adobe PDF
format. When CSV file is chosen, the output file can be edited and saved in Excel format.
